The Guild of St. Martin

The Guild of St Martin is integral to the continuation of worship and care that stretches back on this site to medieval times.

The 2019 Guild of St Martin annual dinner raised over £18,679, which will directly support the ongoing work of Leicester Cathedral. 180 guests joined speaker, the Lord Lieutenant of Leicestershire, Michael Kapur. The evening was beautifully compered by BBC Radio Leicester’s Monica Winfield with entertainment from Leicester Cathedral musicians and a thrilling auction led by John Gilding of Gildings Auctioneers.

Join the Guild of St Martin either as an individual member or couple, or as a corporate member through a workplace CSR programme. Membership starts at £250 per annum and benefits include a reduction on the cost of the Guild annual dinner (or a complementary ticket/s for businesses) and invitations to other events during the year. Membership helps towards the fabric of our building and enable important activity such as weekly rehearsals of a choir for homeless and vulnerable people and greater support and signposting for the many that walk through our doors each day seeking help.

You are warmly invited to join the growing number of members and help to ensure a flourishing cathedral for future generations.
