We are delighted to welcome you to our new Heritage & Learning Centre which opened this summer. This space has been designed to encourage us all to engage with the stories of Leicester – both our heritage and the world in which we live. We are displaying some of the archaeology that was revealed as we prepared the ground for this building.
Our summer programme is full of opportunities to enjoy great music, try new crafts and explore the world around us.
Come and sit in our restored Cathedral Gardens or enjoy the space offered with Evening Prayers at 5.30pm – regularly offered in choral form with beautiful music from the Cathedral Choir during term time.
We hope you find many opportunities to slow down and find space in your heart, here at the beating heart of city and county.
Every blessing,
The Very Revd Karen Rooms, Dean of Leicester
