Membership starts at £300 a year. In return for your support you will receive the following benefits: Special Patrons' ticket price to the annual Guild of St Martin Dinner in the nave of the Cathedral; invitations to preview openings of our exhibitions; invitation to the Patrons' Reception following the Cathedral Christmas Carol Service in the Dean's Parlour; quarterly events e-leaflet; optional acknowledgement on our website and inclusion in a thank you list in our Annual Review.
Your membership will help us develop our progress in tring to nurture a society that we all aspire to live within – helping towards the fabric of our building and enabling important activity such as weekly rehearsals of a choir for homeless and vulnerable people and greater support and signposting for the many that walk through our doors each day seeking help.
The 2022 Guild of St Martin annual dinner raised over £17,000, which will directly support the ongoing work of Leicester Cathedral. 110 guests joined guest speaker, the Dean of Leicester, The Very Revd David Monteith. The evening was compered by founder BBC Radio Leicester presenter John Florance with entertainment from Leicester Cathedral musicians and a thrilling auction led by Will Gilding of Gildings Auctioneers in Market Harborough.
