New Canon Missioner announced
The Very Revd Karen Rooms, Dean of Leicester, and The Rt Revd Martyn Snow, Bishop of Leicester, are delighted to announce that The Revd Dr Sarah Siddique Gill, currently Vicar of the United Benefice of St Stephen with St James, Blackburn and Assistant Archdeacon in the Diocese of Blackburn, has been appointed as the new Canon Missioner for Leicester Cathedral. Luxmuralis light show launching in November 2024
Visitors will experience Leicester Cathedral like never before as Luxmuralis' light and sound creation Space will illuminate the inside of the building for the first time. From Monday 18 to Saturday 23 November the fully immersive light and sound show will tell the story of time and space, projected onto the building's stunning architecture in the heart of the city.
