Cyclists visit Cathedral in aid of mental health charity

On Saturday 7 March Leicester Cathedral was visited by a team of 11 cyclists as part of a sponsored challenge to cycle to every Cathedral in England in aid of the charity Rethink Mental Illness.  David Graham and his fellow cyclists arrived in Leicester mid-afternoon, just in time for a slice of cake from the Cathedral Tea Room running that day – well-deserved, having already visited Southwell Minster and Derby Cathedral earlier that day – and were met and welcomed by the Dean.

David’s blog can be followed at http://cathedralcycletour.com, where you can read the story behind the cycle challenge, in which to date he has raised over £2100 in aid of Rethink Mental Illness.
